Board members elected

On Thursday 11/14/24 the annual election of board members was held.
The meeting was attended by 55 residents plus the 9 outgoing board members and 4 police who spoke about Neighborhood watch and shared some good news regarding crime levels in Hampton.
52 ballots were cast by ELE home owners which included 18 proxy ballots cast prior to the meeting by members unable to attend.

Elizabeth Lake Estates – Dredge Update

The dredging project has finally started! This project is scheduled to run for a period of 1 year.
Timeline
-Heavy equipment to begin arriving Aug 6, 2024.
-Work to begin around August 12th.
-Dredge amount – 130 yds per day.
-Work hours: 7am – 6pm.

Little Library at ELE

When out walking in Elizabeth Lakes check out the “Little Library” Melanie and
Dustin Wolcott have set up across from their home at 413 Elizabeth Lake Drive.
There is a comfortable bench to sit and browse. They hope ELE residents will enjoy using this Little Library.
The book volume is low so if you have books to donate, drop them off at the library!
